From the website: GURU is an effective energy drink that naturally gets you going. It is made with potent natural botanicals, organic juices and really good intentions. Since the get go, we said no thanks to preservatives and YES please to being natural. But that doesn't mean we're short on energy: one serving has 125 milligrams of natural caffeine and loads of positive energy from great natural sources, like organic juices, ginkgo biloba and ginseng to name a few. We believe in a pretty simple formula: if you drink good, you'll do great!
